  One of the most logistically challenging jobs in Lancaster history as a five story wall was dismantled safely less than ten feet from a state road with high power wires. All steel, lumber and aggregate that was on site was recycled.

Industrial Plaza of York

  Site was located in center city York. A 180-foot section of road had to be initially secured before demolition could begin. The first part of the project included demolishing and removing a four-story building that was in a state of pre-demolition collapse. The second part of the project was a complete interior gut of a five story steel building that was stripped back to the steel. This building was also in a state of pre-demolition collapse and had no floors.
